Fresh Ventures (Bath) Ltd is the vehicle for my (Dan Fallon's) portfolio of consultancy roles & investments. I set it up after selling SearchStar (now Adapt Worldwide) in May 2019 and leaving the business in Dec 2020.  

Core consultancy & investment areas:

• Floresco Media - Paid media agency co-founded in March 2025 with the massively talented Harriet Barter & Sally Hunt as Managing Partners & Greg, Jane & Steph from MediaClash supporting

• Varn Media - After starting as a mentor & non-exec, in Spring 2023 I increased my involvement and became a minority shareholder. My role is to be an "active non-exec" assist Varn in its mission of accelerating profitable growth for happy clients through SEO and paid media.

• Suso Digital - After starting as a mentor & non-exec, in Spring 2023 I increased my involvement and became a minority shareholder. My role is to mentor the MD and assist Suso in its mission of delivering superior SEO support for the world's best agencies.

• Investments either direct or through the Bristol Private Equity Club & Angel Investors Bristol
